IT’S GIVEAWAY TIME!!!
It can be a tough at times doubling up on this parenting gig… But geesh flying solo! That’s a whole new level.
My parents splitsville when I was pretty young & I know it was super tough on both my folks, emotionally, financially & I’m pretty sure it was physically pretty taxing too having us girls to feed, house & well try not to stuff up emotionally & did I mention feed, ha!
Recently when I was looking back through family photos I realised there’s a huge gap in our ‘family photos’, well, in truth the first & only time we had professional photos was when my little sister was a baby… But even those candid photos, they just don’t exist for good period of time.
I get that Professional Family Photos are a luxury at the best of times, but when you’re flying solo as a parent… financially, emotionally, physically… Family Photos probably don’t make it high on the to do list. Amiright?
Sooooo to stand behind how important I feel photos are, I would love to give away ONE COMPLETE In-home or Outdoor Lifestyle Family Package (valued at $950) to a parent captaining their family ship solo.
This competition is open to anyone who both, values photography & who considers themselves a solo parent (mum or dad).

The giveaway will close at 9pm on Thursday the 24th of August, 2017 (Australian EST), and winning family will be announced the following day on Friday the 25th of August, 2017. The photo session must take place during the next 12 months & must be within the Brisbane area. Session dates will depend on the Photographer’s availability. The winner will be chosen based on the entry criteria as above with a big emphasis on an awesome heartfelt comment on what this session would mean to you. All family members must also be willing to sign my client agreement, including but not limited to, agreeing to Kelly Adams Photography’s use of the final images for advertising & promotional use on the world wide web & social media platforms.

TeganThe past 5 months have been tough on my 2 boys. With my oldest having ASD the change from separating is hard. Getting photos with him is difficult as he doesn’t usually like attention.

Cameron DubinI would love this because as a solo dad of 6 years to an ASD boy, I have next to no photos of my son and I. We traveled Australia 5 years ago and are about to embark on Round 2 of our travels in a couple of months; but even then we have no photos of the 2 of us within the last 5 years which I know is something I will regret in years to come. It would mean the world to me to have some professional photos to use both on our facebook page and website, but sadly living on a carers allowance I am not in a position to purchase photo sessions.
